Four of the five Senior Partners (Giovanni Verusio, Alberto Mazzoni, Giorgio Cosmelli e Ado Cristofoli) practised for many years in the same Law Firm – Studio Legale Ardito – which was established in 1960 as one of the first professional associations of lawyers in Italy. Later-on, in the early nineties, they established two separate firms of their own and have now associated with each other to provide services from offices located in Rome and in Milan. There are 33 lawyers in the Association, 11 in Rome and 22 in Milan. “Verusio e Cosmelli – Studio Legale” (the “Firm”) continues together with “Mazzoni e Associati” in the tradition started in 1960, to render high profile services to its Italian and foreign clients in most areas of transnational commercial law as well as in the punctilious defence in litigation concerning such areas. The Firm operates in English, French, German, Swedish and Spanish in addition, obviously in its mother tongue. The Clients of the Firm are mainly American, English and German multinational companies and financial entities and their subsidiaries in Italy as well as some foreign Governments.
